When a child arrives from the street, he spends between 6 months and 1 year in the reception center, before moving into a home. We have 3 in-house bridge classes (one for the nurseries, one for the reception center, one for disabled children) with 8 teachers employed by the foundation.
In Manila, street children sometimes go to school. But for others, this bridge class will be their first experience of school, even at the age of 12 or 14!
Once transferred to one of our homes, each child joins the local public school and continues his education, adapted to his personality and abilities.
Within the foundation, we also have 40 college students.
